Shelter SHIKSHANGRAM, a haven for homeless children, was established in 2007 in Lonavala, India, by Madame Yogita and her husband, Satish Moon.
What initially commenced with a mere five children has now blossomed into a thriving community of over 120 youngsters.
The primary objective of this institution is to provide education to underprivileged children who would otherwise be unable to access it.
Through this initiative, these children are granted an opportunity to attain a better quality of life.
In the act of extending our assistance to other people's children, we, in turn, tend to the wounds of our own inner child.
By nurturing and bestowing affection upon these young souls, we, in a beautiful reciprocity, receive similar blessings from a higher source, often seen as a cycle of love.
